LED Re-lamping

LED Re-lamping

LED re-lamping refers to the process of replacing traditional incandescent, fluorescent, or other outdated light sources with energy-efficient LED (Light Emitting Diode) bulbs.  LED bulbs provide better quality light with enhanced brightness and color rendering, making them ideal for various applications, and can be a very attractive investment since it is s cost-effective way for businesses to reduce energy consumption.

Brighter Light, Bigger Savings: Upgrade to LED Re-Lamping Today

Details LED Re-lamping

LED Tube Lamps - T8 / T5

T8 or T5 tubes are one of the most common type of lamps used in offices, building common areas (such as staircases, utility rooms, hallways, etc...), and even warehouses and industrial settings.

Traditionally these lamps used the fluorescent technology, which can now be upgraded to LED, to provide many benefits including energy savings, longer lifespan, environmentally friendliness, and gov rebates.

Re-lamping projects with LED tube lamps are most beneficial in cases where the fluorescent fixtures are still fairly new, as fluorescent fixtures include ballasts that have a limited life.

LED CFL Lamps - E26 or Pin based

CFL lamps are also very common type of lamps used in offices, building common areas (such as hallways, receptions, party rooms, gyms, etc...), and even sometimes stairways or public washrooms.

Traditionally these lamps used the fluorescent technology, which can now be upgraded to LED, to provide many benefits including energy savings, longer lifespan, environmentally friendliness, and gov rebates.

LED Corn Bulbs & Retrofit Kits

LED corn bulbs are most common type of LED lamps used for replacement of older technologies such as HID, Metal Halide, or High Pressure Sodium lamps, that have a very high energy consumption, and also used in outdoor areas where a large area is being covered by the light.

As the older technology lamps used a transformer, and the new LED lamps do not, the transformer of these fixtures will require to be bypassed in most cases.

In some cases a LED retrofit kit can be used, which may have additional benefits compared to the corn bulbs including extended lifespan and better brightness of the fixture.

LED PAR lamps

LED PAR lamps are one of the most common type of lamps used for directional lighting.

Traditionally these lamps used the fluorescent or halogen technology, which can now be upgraded to LED, to provide many benefits including energy savings, longer lifespan, environmentally friendliness, and gov rebates.
